2. Information this website collects

This website has no contact forms, user accounts, newsletter, online payments, analytics, advertising pixels, or customer database. Davide does not create separate client profiles or keep session notes through this website.

As with any website, the hosting infrastructure may automatically process limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested page, and date and time of access. This is used only to deliver, protect, and maintain the website, based on the legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable site. It is not used by Davide for advertising or profiling and is retained only as long as needed for security and technical operation, according to the hosting provider’s applicable retention settings.

3. When you contact Davide

If you choose to contact Davide by email or Instagram, the contact details, account name, and message you provide are processed only to reply to you or arrange a session. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before providing a service and the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Messages are not added to a marketing list and are deleted when they are no longer reasonably needed, subject to the normal operation and retention of the email or Instagram service you use.

4. Medical and sensitive information

Davide is not a doctor or healthcare provider. The service does not request, collect, or maintain medical records or sensitive health information. Please do not send such information by email or Instagram. If it is sent without being requested, it will not be used to assess or treat a condition and will be deleted as soon as reasonably practicable.

5. Cookies and local storage

The current website code does not set analytics, advertising, or preference cookies and does not use browser local storage. A consent banner is therefore not displayed. The hosting infrastructure may use strictly necessary security or delivery technology; it is not used for marketing. If non-essential cookies or similar technologies are added in the future, this policy and the consent mechanism will be updated before they are activated.

6. External services

The website contains a link to Instagram. No Instagram content is embedded or loaded automatically; the service is contacted only if you choose to follow the link. Instagram/Meta then processes information under its own privacy terms. Email is also handled by the email providers used by you and Davide.

7. Your rights

Where applicable under the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may make a request using the email address above. You also have the right to complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI) or the data protection authority where you live or work.
